Because all of the actual visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct on this website: www.youngsolos.com were produced and completed prior to July 3, 1995, the records required to be maintained pursuant to U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 are exempt from the records keeping provisions required by U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R.75. Although not required, Jaxon Video has always maintained proof of age (over 18 years of age) and proof of the actual depiction / production date for each model and / or video production.
